I was not feeling noromal when I started today but managed to finish. It was not prefect but good enough. Here is the workout.

  • Leg Extensions: 3 sets to fail.
  • Seated leg curls: 3 sets to fail.

  • Leg Press: 2 sets.
  • RDL: 2 sets.

    Elipitical: 25 minutes

Not great but it worked.

Weight this morning: 189.0 with 15.1 pounds of fat.

Total steps yesterday: 16,432.
