- Yaters row machine: 2 sets.
- True press: 2 sets.
- Hammer Strength High Row: 2 sets.
- Pec Deck fly: 2 sets.
- Superset: Pull down + cable pullover: 2 sets each.
- Smith Machine OH press: 2 sets.
- Abs: 2 sets.
- Ture side lateral: 2 sets.
- True preacher curls: 2 sets.
- Cable rev laterals: 2 sets.
- Rope OH Extensions: 2 sets.
- Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
- Ellipical: 15 min.
This felt good. My mental state was. not perfect but I was able to. work myself into a good workout.
Weight today was 178.5 with 14.3 pounds of fat.
