  • Superset: Pull down + cable pullover: 2 sets each.

  • Smith Machine OH press: 2 sets.
  • Abs: 2 sets.

  • Ture side lateral: 2 sets.
  • True preacher curls: 2 sets.

  • Cable rev laterals: 2 sets.
  • Rope OH Extensions: 2 sets.

  • Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Ellipical: 15 min.

    This felt good. My mental state was. not perfect but I was able to. work myself into a good workout.

    Weight today was 178.5 with 14.3 pounds of fat.

    Steps yesterday was 15,347.
