Lower 5/1/2026

Today was lower body and I hit it hard and with some higher reps. Here is the workout!

  • I did a couple sets of leg extensions and leg curls as a warmjp.
  • Hack squat: 3 working sets in the 10 rep range.
  • Seated leg curls: 3 working sets.

  • Leg Extensions + Sissy squats: 3 sets each.
  • Lying leg curls + Hyper extensions for 3 sets each.
  • Seated calves: 3 sets.
  • Adductors: 3 sets.

  • Elliptical: 20 minutes.

This was a super solid leg workout.

Weight this morning as 177.4 with 10.6 pounds of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 12,464.
