Hams & Calves 6/16/2026

Today's hamstring session was absolutely incredible. I pushed through every set with everything I had, and the pump was unreal. Here is the full breakdown of the workout:

  • Seated leg curls: 1 warmup and 6 working sets. in the 10 to 12 rep range. The weight was slightly up for the 1st couple oof sets.
  • RDL: 2 warmups and 6 working sets. Weight was up 5 pounds for 2 aets.
  • Lying leg curls: 6 working sets of 10 to 13 reps. Weight was up 5 lbs for the first 2 sets.
  • Standing leg curls: 6 sets of 10 to 11 reps
  • Standing calves: 6 working sets in the 20 rep range with 5 more. pounds than last week.
  • Seated leg curls; 6 working at 10 extra pounds for sets in the 15 rep range.

  • Adductors: 6 sets with more weight .. 25 pounds.
  • Treadmill for 15 minutes.

Weight this morning was 186.1 with 14.9 pounds of fat.

Yesterday I got in a total of 19,716 steps.
