Chest & Abs 6/15/2026
Had an awesome chest day today, and it felt so good! The workout was about an hour long, and I got through 30 sets. I followed that up with 8 sets for abs, some HIIT on the bike for 8 reps, and a bit of elliptical. Such a great pump! Here is the workout:
- Smith bench at a low incilne: One warmiup and then 6 working sets. I worked in the 9 to 11 rep range. My strength was not as good today but great starter.
- Hammer bench: Six sets in the 9 to 11 rep range.
- Pec Deck: 6 sets in the 10 to 11 rep range.
- Cable press: Six sets in the 10 to 12 rep range.
- True Press: Six sets of 10 to 12 reps.
- Abs: 8 sets for abs.
- Sled HIIT for 8 reps.
- Elliptical for 15 minutes
I didn't get the increase I hoped for today. I was 'off'. I still got a great pump and it got better as I worked.
My weight this morning was 187.4 with 11.2 pounds of fat.
Total steps yesterday was 11,320.
