Hams & Calves 6/23/2026

Today's hamstring session was absolutely incredible. I pushed through every set with everything I had, and the pump was unreal. Here is the full breakdown of the workout:

  • Seated leg curls: 1 warmup and 6 working sets. in the 10 to 12 rep range. Weight was up 5 lbs.
  • RDL: 2 warmups and 6 working sets. Weight was up 5 pounds.
  • Lying leg curls: 6 working sets of 10 to 12 reps. Weight was up 5 lbs.
  • Standing leg curls: 6 sets of 10 to 12 reps with the same weight as last week.
  • Standing calves: 6 working sets in the 17 to 19 rep range with 10 more pounds than last week.
  • Seated leg curls: 6 working at 5 extra pounds for sets in the 15 rep range.

  • Adductors: 6 sets with more weight .. 25 pounds.
  • Treadmill for 15 minutes.

Weight this morning was 190.7 with 17.2 pounds of fat. Not sure but I sure seem to be holding a lot of water.

Yesterday I got in a total of 15,583 steps.
