Chest & Abs 6/22/2026

Another day, another great chest and ab workout. 30 sets for abs, 8 reps pushing the sled, and 15 minutes on the elliptical. This was a great pump! The workout quality was absolutely fantastic today. Here is the workout.

  • Smith bench at a low incline: One warmup and then 6 working sets. reps was in the 9 to 11 rep range and weights were up a little.
  • Hammer bench: Six sets in the 10 to 11 rep range with an increase in weight by 5 pounds. .
  • Pec Deck: 6 sets in the 10 to 11 rep range with more weight.
  • Cable press: Six sets in the 10 to 12 rep range.
  • True Press: Six sets of 10 to 12 reps.
  • Abs: 8 sets for abs.
  • Sled HIIT for 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes

My weight this morning was 186.7 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 12,043.
