Back & Abs 6/25/2026

Had another amazing back workout! Thirty intense sets really pushed me to the limit. Here is the full breakdown:

  • Chest supported DB rows: Six sets in the 9 to 11 range with 55 pounds.
  • High Row: Six sets in the 10 to 12 rep ranges but the weight was up 5 pounds.
  • Pull down: 6 sets in the 10 to 12 range. Yes, the weight was 5 pounds over last week.
  • Unilateral true row: 6 sets of 10 to 12 reps but a 5 pound increase.
  • t-bar row: 6 sets of 10 to 11 reps.
    - Abs for 8 sets.
  • Elliptical for 16 minutes.

My weight this morning was 184.8 pounds with 12.9 pounds of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 16,078.
