Quads & Calves 6/26/2026

Today's training session was an absolute powerhouse. The intensity was off the charts, the volume was massive, and I feel completely unstoppable. Here is the breakdown:

  • Smith machine squats: 6 sets. All sets were at 10 to 11 reps range but with more weight than last week.
  • Hack squat: 6 sets of 10 reps with slighttly more weight.
  • Unliteral Horz leg press: 4 sets of 11 to 13 reps. The same weight but more reps.
  • Leg Extensions: 6 sets of] 10 - 12 rep range. Smae weight.
  • Seated calves: 6 sets of 20 reps.
  • Standing calves: 6 sets of 17 to 20 reps.
  • Adductors: 6 sets with an extra 25 lbs ... in the 15 to 17 reps

My weight today was 185.6 pounds with 13 lbs of fat.

Step count yesterday was 16,882.
