Hams & Calves 6/30/2026

I had such a wonderful hamstring workout today! I really gave it my all during every single set, and it felt absolutely amazing. Here is the full breakdown of the workout:

  • Seated leg curls: 1 warmup and 6 working sets. in the 10 to 12 rep range.
  • RDL: 2 warmups and 6 working sets. The working sets today were at 225 with was up significantly so I kept the reps down.
  • Lying leg curls: 6 working sets of 10 to 12 reps.
  • Standing leg curls: 6 sets of 10 to 12 reps with slightliy heavier weight.
  • Standing calves: 6 working sets in the 16 to 18 rep range.
  • Seated leg curls: 6 working at the same weight was last week. Reps were at 20 each.
  • Adductors: 6 sets.
  • Treadmill for 20 minutes.

Weight this morning was off but I didn't get a reading.

Yesterday I got in a total of 15,509 steps.
