Chest & Abs 6/29/2026
Today’s chest and ab session was absolutely incredible. The energy was high, and the entire workout felt fantastic from start to finish. I pushed through 30 sets for abs, 8 reps on the bike (HIIT), and wrapped up with 15 minutes on the elliptical. The pump was unreal, and the overall quality of the training was top-notch. Here is the breakdown of the workout.
- Smith bench at a low incline: One warmup and then 6 working sets. This was rep for rep the same as last week.
- Hammer bench: Six sets in the 10 to 11 rep range but it was up compated to last week.
- Pec Deck: 6 sets in the 9 to 10 rep range with more weight than last week.
- Cable press: Six sets in the 10 to 11 rep range.
- True Press: Six sets of 11 to 12 reps. The weight was up today.
- Abs: 8 sets for abs.
- Bike HIIT for 8 reps.
- Elliptical for 15 minutes
Overall I did more total volume by weight today than last week. Good progress.
My weight this morning was 187 pounds with 13.1 pounds of fat.
Total steps yesterday was 12,569.
