Pull Day: 7/10/2026

Today was a pull day. The back work was solid and generated a pump. The entire workout was great. Here is the full breakdown of the workout:

  • True Rows: 3 sets. I had to lower the weight after set 1. They were great and the last one was to failure.
  • Pulldown 3 sets with descending weight and reps in the 8 to 9 range. I went to failure on set 3.
  • Wide-grip, chest-supported cable row: 2 sets with set 2 to failure. Reverse pec deck: 2 sets.
  • EZ curls: 2 sets in the 6 - 8 rep range.
  • Abs: 2 sets. Felt solid.
  • Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 15 minutes.

My weight this morning was back to 185 but synced to my phone. The total steps yesterday was 17,474.
