Push Day 7/16/2026
Back to the 2nd push day of the week with this amazing lift. Here is today's workout:
- Low incline cable press: 3 sets. The last set was to failure.
- True press: 2 sets with the second to failure.
- Pec Deck fly: 2 sets with set to to failure.
- True OH seated OH Press: The last set was to failure.
- True Side laterals: 2 sets, second set to failure.
- Seated machine dips: 2 sets with set 2 to failure.
- Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical: 15 minutes.
Weight this morning was 184.1 lbs with 14.7 pounds of fat. Total sets yesterday was 13,457.
