Pull Day 7/15/2026

Somehow, despite my nose acting like a leaky faucet, pull day actually felt amazing. Prepare yourselves for the glorious, sweaty details of today's workout:

  • Chest-supported DB rows: 3 sets of 7 reps. The last set was to failure at 70 pounds.
  • Cable high row: 3 sets. All sets were done with +20 pounds over the full stack for 6 to 7 reps. I took it to failure on the last set.
  • Wide-grip, chest-supported T-bar row: 2 sets .. set 2 65 pounds for 8, set 2 was 70 for 8 to failure.
  • Face pulls: 2 sets. 130 pounds for 7 then fail at 8.
  • Seated preacher curls: 60 pounds for 7, 7 to failure.
  • Abs: 2 sets. Felt solid.
  • Elliptical: 20 minutes.

My weight this morning was 184.5 pounds with 16.6 pounds of fat. Total steps yesterday: 16,787.
