Leg Day: Ham focus 7/14/2026

Today was all about crushing a leg day focused on hamstrings. I honestly think this is my absolute favorite muscle group to train. I just love the pump from a good hamstring workout. Here is the full breakdown of the session:

  • Seated leg curls: 1 warmup and 3 working sets.
  • RDL: 2 warmups and 3 working sets. Today was 235 for 2 sets and 240 for the last set. I did reps of 6, 7, 6.
  • Leg Press: 2 sets but the weight was up again. Reps were in the 7 to 8 range.
  • Leg extensions: 2 sets of 9 at 130 pounds.
  • Seated calves: 2 working sets at 190 for 10 to 11 reps.
  • Standing calves: 2 working sets at 300 pounds for 12 reps.
  • Adductors: 2 sets with +50 pounds.
  • Treadmill for 20 minutes.

Weight was 185 with 16 pounds of fat. Yesterday I got in a total of 18,782 steps.
