Back & Abs 7/2/2026
Today’s back workout was exactly what I needed—a true test of endurance and strength. Thirty intense sets pushed me me hard, forcing me to dig deep and find that extra gear. It’s in these moments of pure exhaustion that the real progress happens. Here is the full breakdown of the work that went into today's session:
- Chest supported DB rows: Six sets in the 10 to 12 range with 55 pounds.
- High Row: Six sets in the 10 to 12 rep ranges but the weight was up 5 pounds.
- Pull down: 6 sets in the 10 to 12 range. Same weight as last time.
- Unilateral true row: 6 sets of 10 to 12 reps but a 5 pound increase.
- T-bar row: 6 sets of 10 to 11 reps. Weight was up.
- Abs for 6 sets.
- Bike HIIT for 8 reps.
- Elliptical for 15 minutes.
My weight this morning was 186.3 pounds with 13 pounds of fat.
Total steps yesterday was 16,851.
