Quads & Calves 7/3/2026

Today's quad day was a little different than usual! My lower back has been feeling a bit tender when I wake up lately. It feels totally fine once I get moving and loose, but I really wanted to play it safe and let it heal. I just went for a good, solid pump instead. Here is the workout:

  • Leg Extensions: 6 sets of] 10 - 12 rep range.
  • Hack squat: 3 sets with a little more weight but less reps.
  • Unliteral Horz leg press: 3 sets of 10 reps.
  • Seated calves: 6 sets of 20 reps.
  • Adductors: 3 sets or 15 reps.

My weight today was 184.3 pounds with 14.7 lbs of fat.

Step count yesterday was 13,964.
