Arms 10/10/2025

Today was all about arms and I love a good arm pump. Here is the full arm blast:

  • True machine dip: 3 sets to failure with a drop on the last set.
  • EZ pushdowns: 3 sets to failure. Set 3 included a drop.
  • EZ OH extensions: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable curls: I was focused on the stretch and did 3 sets to failure.
  • Unliteral DB Spider curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Hammer preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 12 minutes.

This generated a great pump> added in 6 sets of 20 rep rear delt cables for a pump and some extra volume for that small muscle. This was a great workout.

My weight this morning was 187.1 pounds at 10.1%.

Total steps yesterday was 16,756.
