Legs 10/11/2025

It was leg day and the focus was on hams. Here is the workout:

  • Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure with the last set including a drop.
  • RDLs: 3 sets (after warmups). I did 305, 295 and 295 all for 5 reps.
  • Lying leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Smith machine squats: one good warmup and one working set in the 8 to 9 rep range.
  • Leg press: 3 sets to 1 RIR.
  • Superset Leg extensions + Sissy squats: 3 sets to failure.
  • Giant set of abs, calves and adductors: 3 sets to failure.

Well, my legs were shot after this workout. I didn't expect as much quad soreness but they are fried. Another great workout.

My weight this morning was 186.5 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 18,143.
