Arms 10/14/2025

I absolutely love arm training! Perhaps it’s the rush of adrenaline, or maybe it’s the anticipation of the next leg workout. Whatever the reason, today was no exception. I gave it my all and absolutely crushed it! Here’s a breakdown of my full arm workout:

  • JM Press: 3 sets to failure. I even had to rack the weights on lower pins on one set and barely racked it on the other sets.
  • I don't konw what to call this .. let's call it a tricep horizonal cable pushdown .. I did 2 sets.
  • Rope incline benc Pushdown: 3 sets to failure.
  • OH Rope pushdown: 1 set to failure.
  • Seated true machine curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Unliteral incline bench preacher curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Seated incline bench curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • True preacher curls: 1 set to failure.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Sled sprints - HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 10 minutes.

I am supper happy with this workout. The bicep pump is more intense than the tricep but it all feels like two logs hanging from my shoiulders.

My weight this morning was 186.1 with 16.8 pounds of fat for 10%.

Total steps yesterday was 15,949.
