Legs 10/15/2025

I sure enjoy a good leg workout and this was one of those. It was quad focused. I wish I had done one more set of squats but this was still great. Here is the workout:

  • Front Squats: 2 sets at 1 RIR.
  • Hack Squat: 2 sets to failre.
  • Leg extensions + Sissy Squats: 3 set of each to failure.
  • Leg extensions: 1 set unliteral, rotating 5 for each side until failure.
  • Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Standing leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set of abs, calves and adductors: 3 sets to failure.

I really wish I had done one more set of squats but I'll do that nex time. I need to move back to smith squats for a workokut too.

My weight this morning was 187.5 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 15,971.
