Back & Rear Delts 10/2/2025
Excellent back workout with Derek today. I felt good and ready for this workout. Here is the details for the full workout:
- Cable high rows: 3 sets to failure.
- Yates BB rows: 3 sets to failure.
- Narrrow, neutral grip pulldowns: 3 sets to failure. I did a drop for the 3rd set.
- Seated true rows: 3 sets to failure.
- Cable reverse fly: 2 sets to failure.
- Superset: Cable reverse fly and Pec Deck Reverse fly: 1 set to failure.
- Pec Deck reverse fly: 1 sets to failure.
- Giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets.
- Sled HIIT 8 reps.
- Elliptical for 10 minutes.
My back felt worked at the end of this one. I stil find I connect better with the high rows than other back exercises. For that I was using the full stack + 25 extra pounts. It felt great.
My weight this morning was 187.1 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 18,223.
