Arms 10/3/2025

Arm pumps feel amazing and today the arm pump was great. Here is the workout for today:

  • Smith JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
  • EZ pushdowns: 3 sets to failure. Set 3 included a drop.
  • EZ OH extensions: 3 sets to failure.
  • Incline seated DB curl: 3 sets to failure.
  • Alternating DB curls: 3 sets to failure. Set 3 included a drop.
  • True preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Echo bike HIIT: 6 reps.
  • Elliptical 10 minutes.

And that was it .. a great workout wiht intensity and a pump.

My weight this morning was 188.4, lest than 2 pounds from my goal adn at 10%.

Total steps yesterday was 17,020.
