Legs 10/4/2025
Today was ham focused and I did 9 sets for hams to get it going. It felt great and the pump was super solid. Here is the workout:
- Unliteral standing leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
- RDLs: 3 sets (after warmups). I did 275, 300 and 300 keeping the reps in the 5 to 6 rep range.
- Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Smith machine squats: one good warmup and one working set in the 8 to 9 rep range.
- Hack Squat: 1 sets to near failure.
- Superset Leg extensions + Sissy squats: 3 sets to failure.
- Giant set of abs, calves and adductors: 3 sets to failure.
My legs were totally shot after this. I didn't plan to do 9 sets of hams but it sure worked great .. at leat that is how it felt. Great workout.
My weight this morning was 188.9 pounds.
Steps yesterday: 15,858.
