What a great back pump. I could not say more .. it was just grewat. Here is the workout details:

  • Trap bar deadlift: 3 sets of 5 at 310 pounds.
  • Cable high rows: 3 sets to failure with the stack + 20.
  • True seated row: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Seated Cable rows + Assisted chins: 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
  • Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 10 minutes.

I love how my lats felt after this one. The pump was real.

My weight this morning was 185.8 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 17,951.
