Back 10/22/2025
What a great back pump. I could not say more .. it was just grewat. Here is the workout details:
- Trap bar deadlift: 3 sets of 5 at 310 pounds.
- Cable high rows: 3 sets to failure with the stack + 20.
- True seated row: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: Seated Cable rows + Assisted chins: 2 sets to failure.
- Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
- Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical for 10 minutes.
I love how my lats felt after this one. The pump was real.
My weight this morning was 185.8 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 17,951.
