Arms 10/23/2025
I had an amazing arm workout today, and I’m loving the pump. Here are the details for the workout:
- JM Press: 3 sets to failure. I barely locked out the last rep for every set today.
- EZ incline bench pushdown: 3 sets to failure.
- OH Rope pushdown: 3 set to failure.
- Seated DB curls: 3 sets to failure with a drop on the last set. I focused on the strech.
- EZ Bar curls: 3 sets to failure.
- True preacher curls: 2 set to failure.
- Superset: True preacher curl + Seated True curl: 1 set to failure.
- Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
- Wrist roller for 3 sets.
- Sled sprints - HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical 15 minutes.
I’m incredibly pleased with this workout. My arms feel like they’re about to burst. I’m really excited about how this one felt.
My weight this morning was 185.4 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 16,200.
