Legs 10/7/2025

Today was another solo leg workout and it was quad focused. Here is the workout:

  • Front Squats: 2 sets at 1RIR.
  • Hack Squat: 2 sets to near failre.
  • Leg extensions + Sissy Squats: 3 set of each to failure.
  • Lying leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure. I did a drop on the 3rd set.
  • Giant set of abs, calves and adductors: 3 sets to failure.

Another super workot. I had a great pump and feel it deep in the tisue.

My weight this morning was 187.3 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 17,534.
