Back 11/12/2025
No deadlifts today but I will hit thme in 4 days. This was a solid back day and the pump was good. Here are the details of the workout:
- Wide grip pulldowns: 3 sets to failure.
- True seated row: 3 sets to failure.
- Cable high rows: 3 sets to failure
- Superset: T-bar, wide grip row +. Cable pullovers: 2 sets to failure.
- Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
- Elliptical for 27 minutes.
I enjoyed this workokut. Everyting felt great .. good stretch and good squeeze.
My weight this morning was 188.1 with 16.9 lbs of fat.
Total steps yesterday was 13,118.
