Chest & Shoulders 11/15/2025

I have some sinus issues today I still had a good workout. Here is the workout.

  • Low incline smith bench (10°): 3 sets to failure.
  • Hammer seated chest press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Pec Deck: 3 sets sets to failure with a focus on the deep stretch.
  • Standing cable decline press: 2 sets to failure.
  • True OH press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: True side lateral + DB chest supported fly 3 sets.
  • Echo Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 10 minutes.

I had a great pump when this was done. It was a great workout.

My morning weight was 187.9 pounds.

My step count yesterday was 15,984.
