Arms 11/18/2025
Great arm workout today. The arm pump was crazy. Here’s a breakdown of my workout:
- JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
- EZ pushdown: 3 sets to failure.
- EZ OH pushdown: 3 set to failure.
- Seated true curls: 3 set to failure.
- True Preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Seated DB curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
- Wrist roller for 3 sets.
- Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical 15 minutes.
This felt super amazing. I was all over it.
My weight this morning was 189.2 pounds at 10.1%. This is so close to my goal.
Total steps yesterday was 17,177.
