Legs 11/19/2025

Today was a quad focused leg day. Sadly I didn't sleep well last night so I lowered my volume and intensity today. Here is the workokut.

  • Front squats : 2 sets, 2 RIR
  • Hack Squat: 1 sets 1 RIR.
  • Leg extensions: 3 set 1 RIR.
  • Seated leg curls: 2 sets to failure.

This was not what I was hoping for today but it worked.

My weight this morning was 187.9 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 16,195.
