Back 11/25/2025
Since I am training with Derek tomorow and we are doing legs I did not deadlift today. Here is the full workout:
- Seated true rows: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: Hammer high rows & Cable Pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
- Wide neutral grip seated cable rows: 3 sets to failure.
- Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
- Seated true curls: 3 sets to failure.
- EZ cable pushdowns: 3 sets to failure.
- Elliptical for 25 minutes.
This was great .. not to get ready to kill legs tomorow.
My weight this morning was 189.7 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 16,425.
