Chest & Shoulders 11/24/2025
It was chest and shoulder day. I was a bit tried but I still had a great workout. Here’s the workout routine:
- 10° incline DB Press: 3 sets to failure. Once again, the weight was up over the previous workout with DBs.
- Inclinde neutral grip machine bench: 3 sets to failure.
- Peck deck: 3 sets to failure.
- Seated Hammer chest press: 1 set to failure.
- Standing cable decline press: 1 sets to failure.
- Seated hammer OH Press: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: Cable side laterals + Rev Pec Deck. 3 sets to failure.
- Echo bile HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical for 10 minutes.
Wow, that was a great workot. Felt super good and the pump was super.
My body weight this morning was 187.3 pounds.
My step count yesterday was 17,108.
