Legs 11/26/2025

Derek was back and we destoryed legs today. Here is the workokut.

  • Hack squats: 3 sets to failure.
  • Leg press: 2 sets to failure.
  • Leg extensions: 2 set to failure.
  • Super set: Leg extensions to failure and sissy squats.
  • Lying leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Seated leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: Calves, Abs and adductors for 3 sets.

This was a great workout. Super pump.

My weight this morning was 189.8 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 13,388.
