Chest & Shoulders 12/27/2025 Thanksgiving
Today was chest and shoulders and it was with Derek. Wow, great pump and super workokut. Here’s the workout routine:
- 10° incline smith press: 3 sets to failure.
- Inclinde cable press: 3 sets to failure.
- Peck deck: 2 sets to failure.
- cable cecline press: 2 sets to failure.
- Standing smtih OH Press: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: true side lateral + cable reverse laterals 3 sets to failure.
- Elliptical for 25 minutes.
I am super happy with this workout. Good pump and I will be sore.
My body weight this morning was 189.1 pounds.
My step count yesterday was 16,093.
