Chest & Shoulders 12/27/2025 Thanksgiving

Today was chest and shoulders and it was with Derek. Wow, great pump and super workokut. Here’s the workout routine:

  • 10° incline smith press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Inclinde cable press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Peck deck: 2 sets to failure.
  • cable cecline press: 2 sets to failure.
  • Standing smtih OH Press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: true side lateral + cable reverse laterals 3 sets to failure.
  • Elliptical for 25 minutes.

I am super happy with this workout. Good pump and I will be sore.

My body weight this morning was 189.1 pounds.

My step count yesterday was 16,093.
