Back 11/28/2025
Today I trained back with Derek. Here is the full workout:
- Pull downs: 3 sets to failure.
- Cable high rows: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: T-bar row + Cable Pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
- Seated cable row: 2 sets to failure .. narrow cables.
- Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
- Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical for 15 minutes.
Another great workout.
My weight this morning was 189.9 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 13,254.
