Back 11/28/2025

Today I trained back with Derek. Here is the full workout:

  • Pull downs: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable high rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: T-bar row + Cable Pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated cable row: 2 sets to failure .. narrow cables.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
  • Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes.

Another great workout.

My weight this morning was 189.9 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 13,254.
