Arms 11/29/2025
Derek was not there for this workout but it was still great. The pump was intense. Here’s a breakdown of my workout:
- JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
- EZ pushdown: 3 sets to failure.
- EZ OH pushdown: 3 set to failure.
- Hammer Strength Preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Seated true curls: 3 set to failure.
- Seated DB curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
- Wrist roller for 3 sets.
- Higher rep rear delts for 3 sets
- Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical 15 minutes.
What a pump. I felt it for hours.
My weight this morning was 188.6 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 17,177.
