Back 12/11/2025

We were back to training back today. I will just say that the pump was great. Here is the full workout:

  • Pull downs: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable high rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: True seated rows + Cable pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
  • Chest Supported t-bar rows, wide grip: 3 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
  • Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes.

Super great workout today. It was short too . around 60 minutes.

My weight this morning was 189.1 pounds. br>

Total steps yesterday was 16,385.
