Arms 12/12/2025

Derek and I crushed arms today. Here’s a breakdown of our workout:

  • JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
  • EZ pushdown: 3 sets to failure.
  • EZ OH pushdown: 3 set to failure.
  • EZ Curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable curls: 3 set to failure.
  • Hammer preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Higher rep rear delts for 3 sets
  • Elliptical 25 minutes.

This left me with a great pump.

My weight this morning was 190.0 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 16,883.
