Legs 12/13/2025

Today was a solo leg workout. It was hamsrtring focused and it felt great. Here’s the full workout:

  • Laying leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • RDLs: 3 sets (after warmups). 325 for 3 sets o30 for 5, 4 and 5.
  • Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Leg press: 2 heavy sets to failure.
  • Leg extensions: 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set of abs, calves, and adductors: 3 sets to failure.
  • 15 minutes on the elliptical.

I took the 1st set of leg press to total faliure and had to crawl out of the leg press. The pump was great today.

My weight this morning was 189.3 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 17,474.
