Back and Biceps 12/15/2025

Today I was solo and killed a back workout. I did add some bicep work since the solo part of my week is a 3 days split. Tomorow is legs with Derk. Here is the full workout:

  • Superset: Chest supported DB rows + Cable Pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable Unliteral pulldowns: 3 sets to failure. The sretch on thsee wss amazing.
    Seated wide grip rows: I used a lean forward for 3 sets to failure.
  • Narrow drop pulldowns: 3 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes, high rep cable rev fly and jumping 3 sets.
  • Seated true rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Elliptical for 25 minutes.

This was a very good and efficent workout at just over 60 minutes.

My weight this morning was 188.5 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 12,023.
