Arms 12/16/2025

Today was a solo arm workout. It was schedule to be legs with Derek but he was not able to make it so I zqueezed in an arm workout. It was not normal since I have hit arms over the last 2 days but the extra volume felt great.

  • Pushdowns: 3 sets to failure:
  • EZ OH ext: 2 set to failure.
  • machine Dips: 1 set to failure.
  • Hammer preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated curls: 2 sets to failure:
  • True seated curls: 1 set to failure.
  • Wrist roller for 1 sets.
  • Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 20 minutes.

This was shot but perfect.

My weight this morning was 187.9 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 16,494.
