Legs 12/17/2025

Derek was not able to make it today. I guess I can't offer any thought on that situation buecasue I don't now what is happening. I was feeling mentally off so I did not go to failrue today and lowred the intensity a little.

  • Hack squats: 2 sets at 1 to 2 RIR.
  • Leg press: 2 sets at 1 RIR.
  • Superset: Leg extensions + sissy quqads: 2 set.
  • Seated leg curls: 2 sets at 1 RIR.
  • Unliteral standing leg curls: 2 sets at 1 RIR.
  • Giant set: Calves, Abs and adductors for 3 sets.
  • elliptical 15 minutes

This was much better than I expcted. It left me sore but feeling fresh.

My weight this morning was 188.9 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 16,915.
