Back 12/19/2025
I put trap bar back into my back workout today. I really love doing them and it felt natural and moved well. Here is the full workout:
- Trap bar deadlift: 3 sets of 5, 1 at 280 and 2 at 300.
- Pulldowns: 3 sets to failure.
- Low rows: 3 sets to failure.
- t-bar wide grip: 3 sets to failure.
- Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
- Elliptical for 25 minutes.
This was a fast workout. I was excited to get the deadlifts in today.
My weight this morning was 189.7 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 19,034.
