After a day off I was ready to hit it today. Here’s the details:

  • JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated Rope pushdown: 3 sets to failure.
  • Rope OH pushdown: 3 set to failure.
  • Alternating DB curls: 3 sets to failure with a drop on set 3.
  • Hammer preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable curls: 3 set to failure.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Higher rep rear delts for 6 sets
  • HIIT bike: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 15 minutes.

The result was a great pump!

My weight this morning was 189.4 with 17 poundsn of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 12,418.
