Arms 12/21/2025
After a day off I was ready to hit it today. Here’s the details:
- JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
- Seated Rope pushdown: 3 sets to failure.
- Rope OH pushdown: 3 set to failure.
- Alternating DB curls: 3 sets to failure with a drop on set 3.
- Hammer preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Cable curls: 3 set to failure.
- Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
- Wrist roller for 3 sets.
- Higher rep rear delts for 6 sets
- HIIT bike: 8 reps.
- Elliptical 15 minutes.
The result was a great pump!
My weight this morning was 189.4 with 17 poundsn of fat.
Total steps yesterday was 12,418.
