Legs 12/22/2025
Today was hamstring focused leg day. Here is the workout:
- Superset: Lying leg curls + Leg Extensions: 3 sets of each to failure.
- RDLs: 3 sets (after warmups). 330 for 3, 4, and 325 for 5.
- Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Smith Squat: 2 sets. The 1st was no close to failure but I needed a starter, then a set to 1 or 2 RIR.
- Leg Press: 1 set at 1 RIR.
- Giant set of abs, calves, and adductors: 3 sets to failure.
- elliptical for 10 minutes
This felt great. I was a little off on RDLs but it was heavy and I was happy with the work.
My weight this morning was 189.2 pounds.
Steps yesterday: 15,673.
