Legs 12/2/2025

Derek and I crushed legs today. It was quad focused. Here is the workokut.

  • Smith machine squats: 3 sets to failure.
  • Hack squats: 2 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Leg extensions + Sissy squats: 2 set to failure.
  • Seated leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Lying leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: Calves, Abs and adductors for 3 sets.

Great pump today and a great workout I am going to be sore.

My weight this morning was 188.2 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 20,399.
