Chest & Shoulders 12/3/2025

Derek and I hit chest and shoulders today. I was feeling the pump quickly and it was intense. Here’s the workout routine:

  • 11° incline DB press: 3 sets to failure.
  • 11° incline smith press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Peck deck: 2 sets to failure.
  • cable decline press: 2 sets to failure.
  • Seated Hammer OH Press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: true side lateral + cable reverse laterals 3 sets to failure.
  • Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes.

What a great workout. We were both feeling it after this and I expect some sornenss.

My body weight this morning was 188.7 pounds.

My step count yesterday was 16,366.
