Back 12/4/2025

Derek and I trained back today. It was a great workout and I am super happy this one. Here is the full workout:

  • Seated rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Super set Hammer High rows + cable pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
  • Pull downs: 3 sets to failure.
  • True seated rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
  • Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes.

I keep saying this but this was another great workout.

My weight this morning was 190.5 at 10.55. That was the goal. br>

Total steps yesterday was 15,472.
