Back 12/24/2025
I really enjoyed this back workout. Here is the full workout:
- Superset: Chest Supported DB Rows + Cable Pullovers: 3 sets each to failure.
- Cable high rows: 3 sets to failure.
- Seated cable rows, wide grip (lean forward) 3 sets to failure.
- Neutral grip chinups 3 sets to failure.
- Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
- Elliptical for 20 minutes.
My back was pumped and felt worked after this workout. It was 60 minutes and moved smothly.
My weight this morning was 189.2 pounds. br>
Total steps yesterday was 17,385.
